HLN's Nancy Grace took one from MSNBC's Keith Olbermann Tuesday night, edging Countdown among viewers 25-54 by a mere 1,000 viewers. Both shows were far adrift of timeslot leader Bill O'Reilly, who had 707,000 viewers, (more than MSNBC and HLN combined) and far ahead of last-placed Parker Spitzer on CNN, which had an anemic 92,000 viewers 25-54.
•On CNN, Anderson Cooper has added an hour's work to his daily schedule, filling the 9 p.m. hour until the debut of Piers Morgan Tonight. Last night's show, featuring a panel of comics, did better than the Larry King reruns that had been airing in the timeslot, but with 122,000 viewers 25-54, it wasn't enough to avoid a third-place finish.
